‘Rise & Design’ - No. 1 Customer Focused Design
Time: 8.30am - 11amRise & Design is a series of network meetings. Do you want to gain first-hand knowledge and experience of customer focused design from successful businesses such as Procter & Gamble and Jackel International? Design Network North, DNN, will be holding a Customer Focused Design meeting, which will be held on Friday 11th September at RTC North, Sunderland. This is the first in a series of network meetings which will be held every second Friday of the month, across the region. What's the agenda? For every business it is vital to have a thorough understanding of your customers’ activities and working practices if you are to design products and services that will meet their needs better than your competitors. DNN’s Customer Focused Design meeting aims to present ideas and examples of how to achieve this as well as demonstrating how this has worked for other businesses such as Procter & Gamble, Jackel International and Seaward Electronics Ltd. You will also be more than welcome to get involved in a ‘Question and Answer’ session with the speakers. As part of this meeting, there will be an opportunity for you to discuss ideas or issues with other companies about how it could make a difference to your business as well as a brief insight into DNN's next steps. Any queries please contact Becky Strong, telephone: 0191 516 4400, email: becky.strong@rtcnorth.co.uk
