Local property company on the move

Local property website www.propertyconsultants365.co.uk a division of Silver Fox Developments Ltd has just moved into a recently renovated property in Low Fell, Gateshead, Tyne and Wear.

The former residential property has been (after a successful change of use application) turned into office commercial space.

The company which began trading in 2001 had outgrown its smaller office in Bill Quay and had been looking for a property to purchase in Low Fell in order to be more centrally located within the Gateshead area.

Director Mark Waddell comments ‘We are delighted with the move into the new offices and are now more centrally located in which to offer our services. We had been looking for a property for the last 12 months that we could buy and renovate into office space for our own use.

I had always ruled out the option of renting an existing office/shop space due to the ongoing expense from rent etc and had always preferred to purchase the property as an asset and long term investment for our business.

The process of purchase and renovation along with the change of use application took just under three months giving us additional experience in our role as Property Consultants.

Indeed, since starting this project we have already received enquiries requesting advice from other companies wishing to do the same and purchase their own commercial premises. We are now extending our consultancy service to business owners who may be working from home or renting commercial space at the moment but wish to have their own commercial premises.’
