Hay & Kilner expands dispute resolution team

Newcastle law firm Hay & Kilner has appointed Eric Flannaghan as an associate in the commercial disputes unit. Eric has worked in both commercial litigation and corporate recovery, latterly at Ward Hadaway.

He has experience in a broad range of commercial disputes and contentious insolvency related issues acting for companies, directors, individuals and insolvency practitioners.

Eric qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and worked in Commercial Litigation at Nabarro Nathanson in Sheffield prior to returning to his native Newcastle.
